Partner Fusion is still taking shape, and this leader will help define what it becomes — the segmentation of partner types, the marketing playbook for each, the co-investment model, and the shared measurement that proves the ecosystem is creating incremental growth rather than reallocating it. Key Responsibilities Partner Fusion Program Strategy Own the marketing strategy for Partner Fusion — a single, coherent framework that spans the Channel, Technology Partners, and Strategic Partners, with a clear marketing playbook for each partner type. Help refine and evolve the program itself — partner segmentation and tiering, the co-investment model, and the joint planning rhythm with the Partner organization. Help shape the next generation of the channel partner compensation and incentive model — partnering with the SVP, Global Partners & Alliances and Finance to ensure the economics reward the partner behaviors that drive profitable, sustainable growth. Define the to-partner, through-partner, and with-partner motions and decide which partners and segments warrant which level of investment. Build the annual and quarterly partner marketing plan in lockstep with the Partner organization’s priorities, the broader Revenue Marketing calendar, and the company’s pipeline targets. Channel Marketing — System Integrators & Resellers Drive demand creation through SIs and resellers — co-branded campaigns, partner-led events, and territory-level programs that generate sourced and influenced pipeline. Build the marketing enablement partners need to sell Five9 — messaging, sales tools, campaign-in-a-box assets, and self-serve resources that scale across a broad channel. Partner on recruitment and activation marketing that brings the right new resellers and integrators into the program and gets them productive faster. Tailor the motion by partner tier — high-touch joint planning for the largest SIs, scalable programs for the long tail. Technology Partner (ISV) Co-Marketing Bring joint solutions to market with ISVs — integration launches, joint value propositions, and co-marketing campaigns that show customers what is better together. Build the marketing presence for marketplace and integration listings and the demand programs that drive customers toward them. Partner with Product Marketing to translate technical integrations into customer-facing stories that land with buyers, not just builders. Prioritize the ISV portfolio for marketing investment based on solution fit, pipeline potential, and strategic importance to Five9’s platform story. Strategic Partner Marketing Lead co-marketing with large strategic partners and global technology platforms — joint go-to-market plans, flagship moments, and executive-level marketing initiatives that match the scale of the relationship. Stand up the joint go-to-market planning function for new strategic alliances — beginning with the company’s highest-priority alliances — defining the joint value proposition, the co-marketing plan, and the operating rhythm that turn a new relationship into a repeatable program. Orchestrate joint demand programs and account-based plays that combine Five9’s and the partner’s field, audiences, and reach. Represent Five9 in joint marketing planning with the partner’s marketing and alliance teams, and hold both sides accountable to committed activities and outcomes. Build the executive narrative and proof points that keep strategic alliances visible internally and credible in the market. Demand Generation & Events Alignment Integrate partner marketing into the broader demand engine — align global partner programs with the regional Demand Generation teams (Americas and International) so the ecosystem amplifies their direct and ABM campaigns rather than competing with them. Coordinate with the regional Demand Generation leaders and their vertical-aligned managers — bringing partner plays into ABM and direct campaigns where a partner relationship can open or accelerate accounts in a given region and vertical. Partner with the Events team on partner events — and bring partners into industry and Five9 events where they add reach or credibility. Connect partner-sourced and partner-influenced demand into the same funnel Five9 uses for direct demand, with consistent definitions, routing, and follow-up across regions. Investment, Measurement & Team Leadership Govern MDF and co-marketing investment — allocate funds against the highest-return programs and hold the ecosystem accountable for the activity and outcomes that funding buys. Define and report partner marketing performance — sourced and influenced pipeline, ARR contribution, program ROI, and the leading indicators that show whether the motion is working. Establish clear, defensible attribution standards for partner pipeline — distinguishing partner-sourced from partner-influenced with consistent definitions and governance across the full lead lifecycle, in partnership with Revenue Operations and the Partner organization, so the business trusts the partner numbers. Establish the operating rhythm with the Partner organization — joint planning, regular business reviews, and a shared view of what is and is not creating incremental value. Build, develop, and lead the global partner marketing team — and the cross-functional relationships the role depends on across the regional Demand Generation teams, the Events team, Product Marketing, and the Partner organization. Candidate Requirements and Experience 12+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, with significant time leading partner, channel, or alliance marketing. Demonstrated experience across more than one partner type — channel (SIs and resellers), technology partners (ISVs), and strategic alliances or hyperscalers. Breadth across all three is highly recommended. Proven track record building and running co-marketing programs that produced measurable sourced and influenced pipeline, not just activity. Hands-on experience with to-partner, through-partner, and with-partner motions, including partner enablement and demand creation through a channel. Experience governing MDF and co-investment, and the discipline to tie partner spend to outcomes. Working familiarity with demand generation and ABM, and a track record of integrating partner programs into a broader, multi-region demand motion rather than running them in isolation. Comfort with the modern marketing stack — CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo or similar), and the reporting needed to measure partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools and a clear point of view on their application to partner and demand marketing — including practical experience using AI to accelerate content production, campaign development, and program scale across a large partner base. Experience working directly with senior partner, alliance, and field leaders, and the credibility to represent Five9 in joint planning with a strategic partner’s marketing organization. We started by aggregating the best data for B2B companies. Then, we built the infrastructure to run any personalized campaign on top of it, including emails, ads, landing pages, and workflows that make reps more productive. Now, we're building agents that can help grow your company for you. We're already helping thousands of customers — including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and Visa — go to market with unique data, signals, and AI research. In 2026, we raised a $115M Series D at $7.1B Valuation led by Wellington — and are on track to cross $200M in revenue this quarter. We also launched a $1M Scholarship fund for GTME Education. Some things to know about us: Our community includes 17,000+ customers, 200+ integration partners, 125+ agencies, 50+ Clay clubs, and 30k members on Slack. Our culture is unique inside and outside of work. Our team members are also DJs, activists, writers, clowns, marathoners, skydivers, psychedelic therapists, social workers, and more. All employees can work with world-class coaches who specialize in creativity, management, and more. Our operating principles — including negative maintenance and non-attached action — guide our work. Read more about them here. Read about us in the NYT, Forbes, First Round Review, and more. Hear from our employees directly on our Glassdoor page! Head of Field Marketing @ Clay We're looking for a Head of Field Marketing to build the function that gets our target accounts in a room with our sales team. Roughly half of Clay's business now runs through a sales-led motion serving mid-market, enterprise, and strategic accounts, and we're building the marketing engine to match. In this role, you'll own executive dinners, regional shows, roadshows, hospitality, and the pipeline layer inside our tentpole events, including Sculpt, our annual user conference. You'll sit in the Growth team, work in a pod with sales leadership, Corporate Events, and RevOps, and be the single front door for anything the sales org needs from marketing events. This is a builder role: you'll set up the operating model from scratch and be measured on the pipeline you source. What You'll Do Design and run the regional and account-based program portfolio: executive dinners, regional third-party shows, roadshows, lunch-and-learns, and hospitality for Strategic and Sales-led accounts. Build the operating model for the function: program menu, intake and triage process, funding rules, and the target-account standard every program is built against. Partner with Strategic and Sales-led segment leaders to build target-account lists and align program investment to where pipeline is needed most. Sit in sales leadership's staff meeting and pipeline reviews as marketing's field representative, and act as the single point of contact for all event requests from sales. Equip reps and executives to run personal outreach for every program: templates, sequencing, target lists, and follow-up plays. Own the strategic-account lane inside Sculpt and tier-one shows — invites, meetings, executive sessions, and side dinners — within the invite program and calendar set by Corporate Events. Co-own the decision to attend tier-one shows with Brand, and own the meeting and pipeline plan for each. Stand up the measurement layer with RevOps so every program reports sourced pipeline, meetings booked, and target-account attendance, and compares on cost per opportunity against other growth channels. Hire and manage field marketers as the sales org grows, starting with segment alignment and regionalizing as we build international sales coverage. What You'll Bring 10+ years in B2B marketing leading field or regional marketing at a company with a meaningful enterprise or strategic sales motion. A track record of sourcing pipeline through account-targeted programs, and the numbers to show it. Deep credibility with sales leaders; you've sat in their staff meetings and they've asked for you by name. Experience running the pipeline layer inside a user conference or tier-one show alongside a brand or events team. Operational rigor: you build target lists, funding rules, and reporting before you book venues. You are AI forward: you use agents and automation to run programs leaner than the headcount suggests. This is a brand new role and our first dedicated Partner Marketing hire, so you’ll have a genuine opportunity to build something from the ground up. Partnerships are already an important part of how we reach and win enterprise customers. Now we want to build a proper marketing engine around them – identifying where the biggest opportunities are, creating brilliant joint propositions and campaigns, and turning our partner network into a measurable source of pipeline and growth. Reporting to our Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with Partnerships and Sales to decide where we invest, build compelling co-marketing plans and then get stuck into delivering them. What you'll be busy doing: Building and owning our partner marketing strategy, including how we tier and prioritise partners Developing joint value propositions and co-marketing plans that resonate with our shared customers Planning and delivering campaigns across content, email, social, events and webinars Supporting partnership and integration launches with the plans, campaigns and assets needed to make them successful Owning partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets, tracking performance and using the results to decide where we invest Creating co-branded content and partner enablement materials, including launch packs and customer case studies Building strong relationships with our partners’ marketing teams and becoming their go-to marketing contact at Goodlord Working closely with Sales, Partnerships and the wider Marketing team to turn great partner activity into commercial results The role combines strategy with hands-on delivery, so you'll need to be just as happy working out what we should do and why as you are getting on and doing it! ABOUT YOU We’re looking for someone with strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS or tech, and genuine experience in partner, channel or affiliate marketing. You’ll be commercially minded and comfortable talking about pipeline and revenue, not just campaigns and engagement. You’ll understand that great partner marketing isn't about doing the same thing with every partner – it's about identifying where the opportunity is, creating something valuable for both sides and measuring whether it's working. This role is likely for you if: You’ve owned B2B partner or channel marketing campaigns end-to-end You’re comfortable connecting marketing activity to pipeline and commercial outcomes You understand how to assess and prioritise different partners and where to focus time and budget You’ve worked closely with Sales and Partnerships teams You’re comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on delivery You’re confident building relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders You’re proactive, curious and comfortable creating structure where there isn't already a playbook Experience in proptech would be a bonus, as would experience building or scaling a partner marketing programme from the ground up. This role is likely not for you if your experience is primarily generalist marketing, or if you've supported partner campaigns but haven't yet owned partner or channel marketing activity yourself. We need someone who brings genuine partner marketing experience and can connect that activity to commercial outcomes. Why you'll love being a Goodlordian Aside from the role, the people, our culture and our mission, we have some other things that make Goodlord a pretty awesome place to be. Here’s a few favourites amongst Goodlordians (check out our careers page for more info). Grow with Goodlord: your development is important to us, that’s why we are Great Place to Work - certified. Have a goal in mind? Share it with us so we can use some of our annual development fund to support it. We guarantee you’ll learn loads and develop both personally and professionally! Your well-being matters: bi-weekly coaching with Sanctus to provide Goodlordians with a safe place to talk and support your mental health 25 days holiday (plus UK Bank holidays) plus 1 day per full holiday year up to 32 days: We believe regular breaks are essential for well-being and we encourage (some may say expect!) all Goodlordians to take full advantage of their annual leave entitlement. Supporting your family: we offer Goodlordians of all genders a generous 3 months of fully-paid time off to look after their new arrivals Our team: we’re an energetic, sociable, and talented bunch who are super passionate about what we do and determined to make a difference. We’re all in it together, we learn from each other, we’re genuine and we don’t have time for politics What’s next? If you’re ready to help us on our mission to be the gold standard platform for renting, then click apply (2-3 minutes)! A full job spec is available on request.
